Warranty Period

Any Garage.est.2016 Products (‘ the Products’) warranty period is 30 days from the date-of-receipt of the parcel by courier

Warranty period of defects elimination does not exceed 45 days.

We strongly recommend that you read the garment care instructions put on the Products label thoroughly. 
Garage.est.2016 (‘We’, ‘us’, ‘our’, ‘Sender’, ‘Company’) does not have any warranty obligations to the Buyer if the Products are altered, used, damaged, that is to say, the Products are not in their original condition.

Products Return Conditions when bought online

The Buyer has the right to cancel the ordered Products at any time before receiving it notifying the Recipient beforehand, and after receiving the Products (except underwear and swimwear) — within 7 (seven) days** when bought online.

The parcel is sent by the Logistic Provider DHL, all shipping costs are carried out by the Buyer.

Return is carried out if the Products are in their original condition, unaltered, unused and undamaged, in their original package, if any, and with original tags and labels attached along with all related accessories, documents (e.g. instructions booklet, Product certificates) and protective covers included. In addition, it is vital that you show the paper receipt or other documents confirming payment for the specified products. Returns or exchanges of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, soiled Products will not be accepted and will be returned to you

International Products Return Conditions (other countries)

The date of the actual shipment of the order back (by means of the logistic company) or return it in the retail stores must be no later than the 7th day after receiving the Products ordered online.

Contact us in direct messages on the account @garage.est.2016 or on email garage.est.2016@gmail.com within 7 days after receiving the Products having ordered online providing the order number.

Fill out the Product Return Request form in a free manner specifying the recipient, contact details, a copy of the payment receipt or other document confirming the payment of the Products.

Pack the Products using branded packaging, attach the return request form.
